I have not found anything as effective as this Magnesium Complete. It helps me relax and sleep better, but it also helps keep me regular without cramps or negative side effects.

Love that the pills are vegan, non-GMO, and free of gluten, wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, and preservatives.

The packaging appeared high quality and so did the ingredients. There was no off taste to the capsules so they were easy to take . Overall the product seemed like a great value for a supplement.

The price point is goood for what you are getting. A good amount of magnesium and the other ingridients are nothing out of the ordinary. I am currently vitamin deficient per my last blood exam, so adding this is great. I didn’t notice a lot of changes with this but might pick up another bottle and see if long term I see additional benefits.

I found them easy to swallow. They have a lightly chalky texture, but not offensively so, and no discernable flavor or lingering aftertaste. I feel like the ingredients are good quality and will continue to take them.
