I read about the magnesium and decided to try it. One week into taking it, I felt healthier and less tired. I want to try and use natural things as opposed to pharmacy drugs.
I was looking for a magnesium supplement that didn't have a bad taste and was easy to swallow. It is a great value for the money with just the right potency.
Helps with my leg cramps. Not as frequent as they were. I only buy Nature's Bounty supplements. I have used for over 20 plus years
I like the fact that I can get the high milligrams for the Magnesium Glycinate which I need for my health issues. This makes a difference helping me stay healthy. Love the product!
