dr recommened this as a sleep aid. i have ptsd and it actually helps my meds to work better. wish more doctors recommended vitamin supplements to help with sleep. it work.

Simple, Tasty, and It Actually Works
These have definitely helped me get a restful night's sleep. I no longer struggle with restless legs, and my naturopath mentioned they are also great for preserving bone density (especially when paired with weight training and Vitamin D). I'm a big fan of the gummy format—they're easy to take and don't require any water!

I liked the ingredients, taste and ease of purchase. I can't always find these exact ingredients, they all blend together well. I definitely recommend this product. I can feel they definitely benefit me and promote relaxation.
