Extremely well designed and a crazy good bargain for this level of quality and engineering. I appreciate all the details that make this pitcher the best there is for cold brew coffee or for fruit infused water. The fine mesh filter, the bottom of which unscrews to make it easy to clean, that it is dishwasher safe, the lid, the spout, the pouring... I mean everything about this pitcher is just perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better pitcher. This pitcher would still be a great deal at twice the price. I don't know how they're making any money off this. This is such a great pitcher. I bought 3, and I use 1 for lemon water, 1 for berry water, and 1 for cucumber water.

I did NOT get this item as part of a promotion, I bought two of them at my local store. I shopped for a long time online looking for the perfect pitcher for good-brew iced tea. This is it. 1) It has the easiest filter to clean because the bottom unscrews . No need to fiddle with a bottle brush. The infuser has a large capacity, I can fit several tablespoons of tea, grated fresh ginger, and peach slices. Yum! 2) The shape is tall and narrow so I can easily fit several of these in my fridge door compartment. 3) It's thick glass and has measurement markings… I like to experiment with different ingredients and ratios and this makes it simple. 4) The lid is clever. You can twist the clear plastic portion to the side to uncover the spout, so you can pour the tea while the filter is still in place if you wish. I do this to try a sip and determine whether the tea is strong enough. 5) The handle feels sturdy even with a full pitcher. 6) This is half the price of most comparable pitchers I browsed online. One downside: this glass is not meant to quickly go from hot to cold liquids… so if you make hot tea and then add ice to the pitcher, it could potentially crack. But for cold brew iced tea it's a dream!

My husband loves being able to make a cold coffee on hot summer days, and this helps simplify the process so much. It's made out of solid feeling glass and is a decent size for two people, possibly even more. They're selling the same thing on TikTok but it looks like it is plastic and it is $10-$15 more.

I love this thing. The central filter unit does a great job. I used it for tea instead of cold coffee and it works great.

I was very disappointed in this product. The glass was not durable. In one of my pitchers, the glass broke before I even finished washing it and preparing it for you. The pitcher itself is not at all leakproof. It could have much better design.

very pretty but lid leaks and I barely bumped it while washing it and it broke ..glass isnt durable whatsoever

I wanted to love this item and I did the first 2 times I used it. I pulled it out of the fridge and set it on the counter, I took the filter out and put the lid back on so I could pour it into my cup. I picked it up and began to pour and it just shattered.... everywhere! I am so disappointed. I think the quality of glass is just not so great. I thought about buying another then I came to the comment section and saw others had the same problem so I decided not to.

The glass is very thin. I barely had it out of the box for 5 minutes while I washed it and filled it. Went to put it in my fridge and it must've dinged something because the entire thing shattered and the liquid went EVERYWHERE. Would be better if the glass was thicker. Really upset I wasted money and good tea bags on this product.

Had it for one week. Pulled it out of the fridge and when it was sitting on the counter it shattered. Horrible product. Not worth it unless you want shards of glass everywhere

Bottom cracked after putting it on the counter, lid is not secure. I use it for coffee and can't mix the settled coffee without coffee spilling out.
