These are excellent storage jars. I use them for storing rice, beans, flour, sugar and other long-lasting items. These jars are also fun to use for crafts. When they are decorated, they make nice cookie jars to give as gifts. These jars are versatile and inexpensive.

while Ball is my favorite mason type jar, i found these to be a great substitute. i love storing many types of dry food in mason jars, beans, rice, tater flakes, dry milk, macaroni, and other dry pasta,flour,pancake an bisquit mix, i seal them with my mason genie. keeps it fresh and pest free , there are many other things you can keep in long term storage to keep it fresh.

Best price for this sized mason jar. I only needed a couple for my Water and Milk kefirs, but it was cheaper to buy this set of 6 and then buy the lids that I wanted to use -- stainless steel ones with handles attached to them. The total cost was less than I could find at Amazon!

Good price point! I like the wide mouth - they're easier to clean %26 fill up. I use them for cold brew, pasta sauce, bone broth, cookies, cereal, and snacks. Just about anything really. I wasn't too careful recently and it tumbled out the lower cabinet %26 it didn't shatter_good for me ;) Highly recommend

I was missing a package of large Mason jars. A group of them were supposed to come together.. I was missing one. Walmart said absolutely no refund.. I am only a peasant, and Walmart is the master. I have to shut my mouth and get over it. Walmart's in the business of making money, your money. Not giving stupid peasants back their money when someone does not receive something..

The glass of these jars are filled with tiny air bubbles. Doubtful they would ever stand up to canning. I use mine for keeping fresh milk in the fridge and they function fine for that. Maybe even ok to store dry items in such as spaghetti, beans, or rice as the sealing edge is true without sharp edges.

really only good for room temperature storage. whenever I've tried to cancel with these in my pressure cooker I almost always suffer at least 1 cracked jar. sometimes more but not often. the bells I've had 1 jar crack in 15yrs. I use these for pasta rice %26 various storages. I wish they were as durable as the other brands but I still have plenty of things I can use these for. I've been thinking about using some for fermentation it would probably be great for that

The JAR LIDS are NOT ATTACHED! They are completely disconnected and you can't even snap them together. Why would anyone buy JAR LIDS along with LIDLESS JARS? If I wanted my jars to NOT HAVE LIDS; I would have directly purchased the jars WITHOUT ANY LIDS. Basic common sense says the consumer wants LIDS THAT ACTUALLY WORK WITH THEIR JARS. Absolutely ridiculous; who sells this crap?

Like almost every other thing that you contract out and let someone else manufacture and let them do the quality control all they care about is getting your money Walmart these lids that go on these jars do not fit I can take a lid off of Mason jar off of a real genuine Mason wide mouth jar and they work better than the garbage that you put with these jars and all your stuff almost everything you have is garbage and I am about to make a clean cut from you and your practices watch and see I hope a 100 million other people do too.

They look like mason jars but are clearly just an illusion. Every one of them cracked once we used them for their intended purpose: holding food at high and low temps. One of them even cracked because we washed it in hot water after it was used to store grains. I will not be purchasing again because I can't figure out what to use them for other than as a paper weight.
