Been using this brand on a daily basis for years %26 the first works as good as the last, store in cool area in order to avoid them sticking together or just do as I do %26 punch the bottle a time or two %26 instant release ;-) no pun intended.

Ordered 100 count for less than double the price but received 100mg instead of 250. Emailed seller to enquire if sent by mistake and see if 250 mg was in stock if I reordered and seller never responded. Took a chance on trying 500 count from same seller and this time came through otherwise would have been a 5 star review! Seller, do better than not responding to customer emails!

I have a problem with chronic constipation and ducosate sodium that I had previously purchased contained only 100 mg that I took 2x a day. After discovering the 250 mg capsules that I take 2x/day, my stools are softer and more regular.
