I started take the Irish Sea Moss a few days ago, I had blood work done yesterday and I got the best results I've had in a while.

I think it’s good I’m not taking it long enough to see results yet honestly and I’m also taking it with some açai supplements, I also take some other vitamins I did notice that my face cleared up I struggle with some acne here and there nothing serious but stubborn acne.. and it’s also definitely curving my appetite. I take two capsules but separate one in the daytime and one midday, I would eat with it even though it says do not you are you don’t have to it is a capsule so it will upset your stomach if you don’t eat before hand and you’ll lose your appetite if you take it and then wait to eat at least I did. Repurchased. The only con: The bottle is big enough to fit 120 capsules and I bought the 60 capsules it’s a waste of plastic and it’s a very noticeable difference from 60 to 120, please make a bottle for the 60 capsules that are more “green” so to speak..

Seems to be helping a bunch! It makes me feel better throughout and the day about my skin. It is a weird taste to swallowing the pills though.

Seems to counteract purpose for us both and our stomach upset and nauseous. However great for price and purpose! Just didnt see any changes except for few side effects for us !
