Mariani Pitted Dates Value Size 32 oz

These are my new go-to for dates. Love the Medjool big sweet ones but I honestly cannot tell the difference with the taste, they are maybe half the size but so what right. Pitted with excellent care, not like some where you bite into the hard shard left or a hard end. These were packed tight for a great value and I will definitely be a patron. It helps to eat a couple half an hour before a meal to get your metabolism going and not over eat, and if you like to end on a sweet taste vs. salt this is the perfect dessert, pop a couple in and you'll be satisfied instead of a high calorie low nutritional value sweet treat. Also made cookies with these, they chopped up nicely and ate PERFECT for baking. Some companies still care and this is one of them!

Love these dates. Large package is a great price. They taste wonderful and make a very good snack with a handful of nuts. Will purchase again.

i was concerned since there were only 8 reviews on these. also, because it doesnt state what kind of dates they are (btw they're deglet noor). but the quantity for the price i thought I'd take a chance. no regrets! they're great! much better than sunsweet brand.

Most of the dates in this package were moist %26 delicious. A few were very dry in the middle, maybe the fruit was older when dried? They were such a good prce (at the time) that a few tough ones weren't a big deal. I bought these back in September for $10.98 and just finished them. However, when I went to replace them, I was shocked to find that they had doubled in price! I guess I will have to find a different brand to buy. For that price I cannot recommend them.

thry are dry and have a weird chemical taste of them I felt like I was chewing on hay for like a horse i couldn't even swallow it

Says they expired in a year, but arrived moldy even though the package was sealed shut?
