Good Garlic is essential for so many dishes, and this takes the hassle out of picking out cloves, peeling them and chopping them up finely. Just squeeze and wala!

I have purchased this countless times and rely on it for many recipes. It's very convenient and the quality has always been great. This most recent bottle, I opened fresh. Went to squeeze some into my pan and unidentifiable light brown matter came out with the garlic in a large plop. It was not garlic or anything resembling the body of a garlic bulb. I tried to examine it but the more I poked around at it, the more put off I became. Very gross and ruined my entire dish. I was super concerned that we would all get sick by whatever contaminated the bottle. Be warned.

This garlic is labeled organic, but unfortunately contains citric acid (which is made from mold), and palm oil (an inflammatory seed oil). There is no sense selling an item as organic if it contains added unhealthy ingredients. Why bother spending the extra money for organic.

Has citric acid and xanthan gum no reason for that ingredient.

This was given to me as a substitute for Ginger. I can't use Garlic
