Newman's Own Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, First Cold Pressed, 16.9 fl oz

Have found it to be an excellent product. Find the bottle size to be easily managed, and the pour very precisely managed, which hasn't always been true with others. The taste is mild but full-bodied, and so has blended well with other ingredients such as in salads. We love it as a dip with basamtic vingar as well as added to any of our favorite pasta dishes. We especially approve of the amount, $600 Million so far, that has been donated to charities through the Newman's Foundation in its 35-year reign.

it has a pleasant taste. i use it to mix in with salad, with vegetables, use it for frying, microwave items, its very healthy %26 try to get some anyway i can. paul newmans olive oil has a great rating. i trust paul from his movie days. he has a newmansown.org to have more info on the donations! every sale of this item he donates to children, their families %26 their community!!

Newman's Own is a trusted brand and a well-like brand because of the thoughtfully selected ingredients across numerous categories of their products as well as the charity they give to those in need when purchases of their products are made. This was part of why I chose this product as well as that it was organic and in a glass bottle. It is hard to find organic products and glass bottles but this item offered both. For all of these reasons alone, this is a great choice. The only thing that is potentially negative about this product is that the flavor was not of extraordinary taste. I typically don't pay attention to the taste of the olive oil I purchase, however, so unless it is very noticeable, none will likely stand out to me for taste.

This is TRUE olive oil. There are so many fake olive oils out there and you'll see on the bottle that some are from 3 or 4 different country's. This Olive Oil is REAL. It's from only one country and on top of that it's organic and in a glass bottle. Will be purchasing again.

I really like this olive oil and have purchased it multiple times. This is the first time I ordered this product from Walmart. I was weary of having it delivered to my home as it is in a glass bottle but it arrived in perfect condition on my front porch!! Very happy! Thank you to the delivery driver too!!!

Would like more of a robust olive taste. Its difficult for me to open due to RA and age but I also like. That it's tamper resistant. The price is ok because the product overall is satisfactory to me. I use it with brazing...sauteeing...only smoothies...salads...soups...etc! ❤️

I love Newman's Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil and have used it for many years. In the past I tried other organic olive oils but the taste was never as good as this one, just love it. I use it to make salad dressing (1/2 cup EVOO, 1/2 cup Organic Balsamic Vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon of Redmond Real Sea Salt put in bottle to shake and used after sitting overnight), and I cook/bake with it.

I recently tried this EVOO and was pleasantly surprised by the overall flavor and freshness. It has a smooth, well-balanced taste with a hint of peppery finish—great for drizzling over salads, dipping bread, or finishing pasta dishes. My only minor complaint is the texture—it felt a bit more liquidy and thin than I'm used to with high-quality EVOOs. I prefer a slightly richer, more full-bodied consistency. That said, it still performed well in both raw and cooked applications. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a versatile olive oil with clean flavor. Just be aware that the texture may be on the lighter side.

I'm always looking for Walmart to provide MORE truly organic options and I'm thrilled to find *truly* organic Newman's Olive oil. You can tell it's clean, organic bc the taste %26 smell conveys this it's got the Oregon Tilth or Ecocert SAS, which are accredited bodies, verifying organic practice. Until recently I'd not given the USDA my trust, allowing so many poisons into our food chain %26 rubber stamping coatings on organics, but I'm relieved to see Newman's has OT %26 Ecocert stamps! Support this Olive Oil!!

Love this! I was looking for a good tasting olive oil that wasn't too heavy or too light so I could improve my cholesterol and overall health; this was perfect. Plus Newman's Own donates profits to kids' charities. Win-win! At an olive oil tasting in Italy, I learned there are over 500 types of olives grown in the region.Sheesh! I took a chance hoping this one would be what I was looking for. It IS!
