The oil is not my cup of tea
I gave this two stars because the consistency and taste of the oil made me nauseated, and I couldn't finish the bottle. Reconsider if you have a sensitive stomach or consistency aversion. I love the other Mary Ruth's products I've gotten, but this was the first oil I've tried. I still think it's great quality and easy to use, but I prefer capsules. Also, if you take the max 3 doses of 0.5 mL daily (1,377 mg), this bottle would only last 20 days.
