Hope to shrink the prostate. so far so good. Already peeing less at night. No sure if associated with this supplement but no complaints other than hard to swallow and stomach. Take with food.

As a health professional with over 40+ years experience of working with patients, I'd like to give this Herbal Prostate Complex my highest approval rating. It has the basic ingredients of what's needed for men with prostate presentations and nothing more. Combined with a few other Swanson items, it's effective against some malignancies and pre-adenoma presentations. The only problem is that Swanson has been out of stock for several months, which is not so good for patients in need. It would be helpful if Swanson provided info about why a products is out of stock for prolonged periods. Truth is essential.

I've used it over 2 weeks nd notice NO difference in night trips to the bathroom. At this point, I think it's a waste of money!
