Vitamin C helps strengthen the immune system.
I have been reading about Supplements I can take to help get through this contagious sickness period we are going through. It states that vitamin c is needed to aid growth, development, and repair of tissue. Also that it has antioxidants that strengthens the immune system. I have been taking 500 mg twice daily. I cant say if it works but I havent had a sniffle or been ill in a long time and I feel good.
