I've dealt with irregular digestion for most of my life. Over the years, I've occasionally tried kombucha and probiotics, but nothing consistent, nothing prescribed, and never with noticeable results. I've had this product for about a week now, taken maybe four pills, and I've already seen improvement about half the time. That's a big deal for me because my system usually needs the rebound effect of running or the elliptical to get moving. I'll definitely be ordering more. It feels like the digestive enzymes are actually making a difference.

Not worth the cost. I found absolutely zero difference taking them as a probiotic.
