I was feeling pretty crappy with flu like symptoms, took this one day and night and the next day I felt like myself again. No drowsiness, or weird “off” feeling. I used both daytime and nighttime doses and I had relief within 30 mins. It helped with my cough, and my sore throat and also brought my fever down. The nighttime one helped me to stay asleep. I will continue using this instead of the other stuff I used prior.

This product contains no Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide or Guaifensin, which is in traditional Mucinex. It is grossly overpriced %26 I wasted my money. Buy the Equate Mucus Relief DM. So much cheaper %26 better.
