My husband uses this regularly for relief of back pain. Much better than wrapping a cold pack in a dish towel.
I have only used the heat so far but is so nice to be able to move around while it is on. It lets you move the joint to decrease the pain quicker. Purchased mainly to use on Long 16-18 hr. flight. Hope the flight attendents will let me put the gel pack in the fridge if needed.
This portable heating pad works great. It warms and soothes great on settings low and medium for approximately for 3 to 2 hours respectively. I am able to get more done around the house because I’m not tethered. It was a tremendous help while on my feet during the 2 consecutive days of Christmas baking and Christmas gift wrapping. I’ve also taken it to the gym for my workouts and walks to keep my mid back, lower back, and hip pain calmed. The attached long belt stretches far enough around my 34” waist or 44”hips, but it also comes with an extender if needed. Great also, is that its power bank recharges quickly at home and on the go. I’ve been using it at least 3 days per week for 3 months and detect no signs of it wanting to quit. It is working well for me. I would purchase it again and save money over the name brand.
It was great while it worked......but after several times of charging, the heating pad would not get hot/warm when pressed on any heat button. I need to send it back for refund.
The product is not acceptable, I understand it's portable and I am in my 50's but this thing could start a fire, really I kept waiting for the heat to come through, I waited 1 hour, maybe better for a younger generation but like I said, I'm in my 50's. No to this on!!
The heating pad itself is wonderful. However, the C-charger cord that you use to plug it in, that is attached to the heating pad itself, won't last very long. I've purchased 4 of them so I'd have one everywhere and all 4 of them that c-charger broke off. I didn't mistreat any of them in any way. Two broke off within days of use and one lasted probably a month before it broke off. The advantage is, that you can use it for cold too, so I guess I now have 4 ice packs and 0 heating pads.
Could not get warm enough to be of use.
I loved this item but still don't understand directions for usb charging and I did ask sparky several questions and found out there are two ways to get heat No idea 🤷 what color power button should be when using USB once it's fully charged Directions included r way to tiny print to read with a magnifying glass 🔎
A more accurate product description is a "warming pad for small backs". Disappointing as it could be a nice addition for treating back pain.
I do not like the product it do not get hot at all. you can not feel any heat.
