DO NOT BUY THIS - literally stopped working after one month of use, I even got Walmarts protection plan and Allstate couldn’t find my plan. So done with this ! Only worked for one month, absolutely ridiculous.

I was very excited to get this product as a friend has one. waste of money, when you first plug it in you think everything is okay then it flashes error codes. it does not heat at all. it is only plugged in when in use and in a walk outlet. Been trying to contact seller but to no avail. I do not recommend buying anything from this seller.

The heating unit was large and just as pictured but one end of the pad was not sewn together and the insides were coming out, So i had to stitch it up. It has now been only 6 months and it is not working. Getting a F1 flashing on the control, which when goggled is a mechanical error for control and possible over heating.

Size is wrong, 17.75" x 31". Made cheaply, when i tore the huge tag off it came undone. Had to resew it. This is extremely heavy, and not as soft as it could be. It was hard to evaluate. Took long time to get to me, then it was inferior and not as large as it was supposed to be. Instructions are confusing, Doesnt get hot enough, usually with heat, elevation, you get some relief, but not with this pad. I would not recommend.

This heating pad seems great at 1st- it began 2 give odd readings %26 would shut off within 2 weeks of using...I am going 2 return %26 get 1 from Equate..had 2 or 3 heating pads from this company for years with no issues- they just got old %26 I wanted bigger pads...these new products are cheap %26 so many have issues like mine..I've read a lot of the reviews on these big heat, weighted pads %26 they all give out quickly- just horrible that we are made to deal with returns %26 finding new 1s...

This heating pad is incredibly cozy and warms up quickly without getting too hot. The heat is even, comforting, and perfect for relaxing sore muscles or staying warm on cold nights. It's soft, well-made, and easy to use. I honestly don't want to go without it now—highly recommend!

It's a great heating pad but it's heavier so be ready to lift it and move, use safely and turn off soon as you need and it's made well, it's heavier so be aware to help injur d and seniors to lift of they are in your care. Have a light heating pad also for changing them around. I am in need as I have knee surgery set up and aching legs n ankles and knees it covers it all. I carefully lift it and fold ot to care for it. Have support of you need help to set it up and move it off and on medical rules. Hope this lasts forever.

Love that it is weighted and so soft too. The heat and weight both feel really good. This is my 3rd one bought. Husband loves it too. I would definitely recommend.

Overheats very quickly and even on low settings. Mine stopped working entirely after just a few uses. Disappointing as I was really looking forward to this on. Loved the color.

I need surgery on my lower back and have to sleep on my side. This back length heating pad is perfect for draping over my lower back. Thank you so much!
