Great for installing my 1 1/4 inch bike carrier. Bounces around a lot. May try some type of shim, or welding the bike carrier to the adapter, or both. The length of the adapter allows excellent clearance away from the vehicle and its paint.

I thought I would give this a try and it was an amazing deal on Rollback.... The adapter wiggles in the receiver. I bought this for my bike rack that is a 1-1/4".... where my truck is 2". When driving straight down the road my bike rack seems stable, but once I turn or hit a bump it violently moves side to side. I will be modifying it to better fit my receiver for future uses.
