McCormick Gourmet Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon, 1.25 oz Bottle

wow...my first time trying/buying Saigon cinnamon...still had a little organic great value cinnamon (that I liked) and taste compared... not even close. this is def more like a cinnamon ball hit! glass bottle as well, which is my "as anti-plastic as I can get" must.

This is the best flavor and smelling cinnamon I have ever had! It is delicious when making applesauce it's may the kitchen and the house smelling fantastic! Makes the best applesauce in the world! Last night we had apples over ice cream. It was out of this world.! thank you for McCormick for making such a good spice!

The McCormick Gourmet™ Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon is a great addition to the spice rack. It is very aromatic and fresh with a smooth and robust flavor that is clean and true. The texture is velvety and finely sifted which makes it easy to use and blend in any variety of dishes and beverages. Definitely top notch!

This cinnamon has great flavor and is perfect as an addition to cocktails, oatmeal, pancakes, muffins and applesauce! It has a stronger flavor profile than most other cinnamons and is great when you are trying to achieve a very cinnamon taste. Definitely recommend!

McCormick Gourmet Collection Ground Saigon Cinnamon has really impressed me. I used it in my banana bread, and wow it made such a difference. I found the Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon to be more intense, sweet-spicy, and a much bolder flavor than standard cinnamon. I sprinkled it in my coffee and I loved the robust flavor. It would be perfect for baking as well.
