McCormick Kosher Apple Pie Spice, 1.12 oz Bottle

A must in my baking cabinet. I use it not only for pie, but baked apples, applesauce, German apple pancakes and pork dishes that include apples. It's great to flavor ice cream and whipped cream for fall treats.

I liked the size of the bottle; it results in very little waste of the product as well as expiration date not being reached.

I will be using this to make mini apple pie's.

I've remembered the taste of this spice over the years, and it may be my very favorite to use over the holidays. I don't think it has clove, for those who are allergic (my sister is), but it has every other iconic fall taste. It's good in ciders, pies, soups, and everything else. There is a very slight bitter taste like to most things with these spices - a sort of dry taste I suppose - if you have it in very large portions. I actually quite like the taste, but its something to be aware of. the quality of the spice seems good, and I have gotten compliments on everything I've put it in. I had it in everything as a kid, and I never got tired of it. Try it, and I really think you'll be glad you did.

Love, Love, Love my Apple Pie Spice for Sweet Potatoes, cooked carrots, and Peach Cobblers, etc. I use this instead of Cinnamon. It has a milder taste.

I AM OBSESSED!!! This blend is so delicious and light. I sprinkle it in coffee, on top of vanilla bean ice cream, in my pancake batter as well as my cake mix! You can't go wrong. I wish it came in a larger container! YUMMY!

I got it for my peaches and cream cheesecake and in was sent though the mail in 2 days well before Thanksgiving the only bummer was the cost but it's expiration date is like 3 years so many more times.

Have some recipes that use this particular spice. I can't quite get the cinnamon and nutmeg balanced when I don't have this spice.

This spice combination with sugar and small chunks of butter layered made a quick delicious fresh apple pie

This is a wonderful spice to add to my applesauce cake, apple turnovers and a little dah in my coffee grounds. Will definitly buy again.
