Medline Adjustable Aluminum Shower Chair with Back Support, 400 lbs Capacity

Seat too small for me..However, I am 420lbs and not 400lbs the capacity limit. Took no time to put it it together. All parts worked accordingly. For those who don't have a lot of junk in the trunk this is a great reliable buy. Easy on the knees for standing up after shower. It is sturdy, holds it's own despite me being over the pound limit. Holds well under pressure.easy to clean,carry from room to room,lightweight. I am still keeping just in case I drop those 20lbs.

I dreaded putting the shower chair together, but it was VERY EASY to assemble! The value for $$'s spent was well worth it!!

The shower chair was very easy to assemble and was perfect fit in my shower. Adjustable height.

It is comfy fits perfectly for me against my back and makes it so much easier now to take a shower

my only complaint is that the seat is too small for it to be rated for 400 lbs. I don't weigh anywhere near that but I'd say IF I weighed 300 lbs my butt wouldn't fit it!

Would not recommend you purchase this item unless you know for a fact, it will fit. When we purchased this item, my mother was ordering multiple items and I did not realize this particular item did not allow refunds. When we received it, it was a little too big for my mother's tub so I tried to return and was unable to do so now I'm stuck with a $40 chair we cannot use and we still had to re-order her a different one this time we chose to re-order it from somewhere else that way if there was a problem it could be returned.

I ordered what was SUPPOSED to be the same chair I had before %26 that I had to dispose of yesterday when I discovered a lot of black mold underneath the chair seat %26 in a crevice of the backrest which no amount of Lysol could remove. But the new chair's seat %26 backrest are not smooth like the one I had before (no idea why Medline would make them slightly bumpy), %26 I also had to assemble it, unlike the last time when a relative assembled it for me. It took me an hour to assemble, %26 I had to "wing it" to finish assembling it when the instructions became unclear re attaching the backrest. The chair should come assembled, %26 it should be delivered directly from Walmart (who later claimed it doesn't carry this product in the store) %26 not shipped because FedEx did not follow Walmart's instructions to ring my bell so I could buzz the driver in to bring the box to my apt. door because I'm disabled %26 use a walker. From the time I ordered the shower chair, there was no mention about it being shipped, only delivered, %26 if I'd known it would end up being shipped by FedEx (who never rings the bell but always leaves my order outside the apt bldg %26 runs), I never would have ordered this from Walmart. There also were no instructions in the manual about how to prevent mold.

If all the parts were there, it'd probably be OK. The box was damaged. The pieces were floating around by themselves inside the box. Try to take it back to Walmart and I cannot get a refund so I'm very upset.

Unfortunately picked this one because 40lb capacity and it's extremely wobbly would not trust this for my mother; not even stable for a 150lb person.

Missing pieces and they won't send them to me. They said I had to return them through Walmart. Walmart says I have to return them though the company. Both companies such.
