Easy and light enough for me to get it into the car. Then I am totally mobile wherever I go. Works sufficiently well outside although I might have been interested if it had 8" wheels. Would have also liked a simpler basket setup. Adding and removing the pouch are not a quick process. It must be removed before collapsing the frame.
Arrived before the expected date, our together in less than 20 minutes. Easy for mom. I was afraid it could cause her to fall since she has limited mobility of her right arm and hand she can’t really grab and key go easy still learning coordination after a the stroke. She lines it and she can move around the house with it and outside as well. Am happy with the product. It does what is supposed to do.
Love this little walker. It is so light and easy to use. I can take it out and put it back in my car with ease. I didn't put it together, my son did and he said it was very easy. It's not as sturdy as a more expensive one, but it is fine for me as a am only 100 lbs. Don't know if it would last very long with a much heavier person, Who knows though, I am not a walker expert.
The assembly was easy, but this wasn't my first rodeo so that may have made it easier for me than someone assembling one of these for the first time. I bought it because it is so much lighter than the one I had before and lifting it in and out of my car was becoming a bit too much for me. This model is so much easier to put in and out of my car! Highly recommend it on that point alone. It is still as sturdy as my older, heavier model. The backrest is identical to my old model so I am used to it. To use it the way I am used to using is (with my arm resting on the handles) I had to put all the settings to their highest level which make the seat a tad high but still doable.
Easy to assemble! No tools, needed, just screw in the included knobs! Toughest part was removing the stickers! Be prepared with a bottle of GoGone! I removed the back rest and storage bag to make folding and loading easier! My purse sits nicely on the seat and the shoulder strap fits perfectly between the handle grips. Great buy!
A wonderful rolling walker!! I paid extra for someone to come assemble it for me and I'm so glad I did!! It was an all around great experience and I know I could not have put it together and I'm so grateful to the assembly gentleman!! He was kind and professional!! Thanks so much Shawn Smith!! 😊
I live alone. I have no one to help. I was hard to use my heavy walker when I traveled. I can leave this new lighter weight walker in my car to cut down on the times I have to take it in and out of the car. This way I can use the heavy one at home to help me get my trash to curb in the dirt and that keeps my car cleaner.
Although I like the lightweight rollator, it has been uneven since we bought it and the brakes are not always effective because the tire is off the ground. We've tried disassembling and reassembling but nothing helped. We got by with it and may have just gotten one that was bent. Otherwise, good buy for lightweight one.
the strap holding the pouch on was cut; I contacted customer service and it was a major hastle to take picture of defect etc., so I just had to let it go. I am not able to take pictures and attach to this etc., so I just kept the defective item. this is several weeks ago; I just now noticed a review so am answering it. poor condition, would never buy again. I should have used Amazon!!!
I was under the impression that there would be instructions and tools included in the package. There were neither. I'm now going to look on YouTube for some instructions. I will also call MEDLINE to see if they have paper instructions. Possibly they think this would be put together by a store. I am not a store. I am a 75 year old woman.
