great for open wounds

This is a great product! I ordered it to treat stage 2 skin breakdown on my mother, and I was a little hesitant at first, because she tends to be very sensitive to skin adhesives. I did a little patch test on her arm, and she had no reaction. The dressing is the perfect size and does not wrinkle or curl at the edges. My mother said the dressing feels comfortable, and has not lifted or fallen off in the shower. I will purchase this item again! For anyone out there with problems with acne, you can cut these dressings to size and apply them to an active acne lesion, because hydrocolloid is the active ingredient in the fancy pimple patches they sell for overnight treatment, it works by suppressing inflammation and promoting healing.

Was such a relief to have "a second skin" to be able to use up to a week without having to change it out. Helped so much to change the daily adhesive bandage off it instead of the direct skin which was causing the skin to break down and bleed. Great for long term usage.

This product works well as coverage for ulcers. It protects the ulcer from being touched by foreign materials and also holds in medication.

New to these type of ‘bandaids' but love them! They are pricey
