I honestly have no idea if this is helping, but I have taken it for a few years. I am mostly healthy. I just hope that this is actually doing what it is supposed to do, so I keep buying it. I feel good taking it.

It just balances and calms me when I'm about 70% through my day! I take it halfway through the day and by my “sinking time” at 2pm, I'm not hitting that wall !

It's a great product I try to take 1 or 2 daily.

I feel great! Now i am able to workout 4 days week and sleep will too.

However I'm very very disappointed that the ingredients have been altered, as well as their other supplements that I've been using for years. I have celiac and it's very important for me as to what the certifcations are in everything. Which gluten free certification has been removed for these supplements.

I was feeling fatigue frequently, and I think it helps

I like Megafood vitamins, yet I'm wary of drugs. Both Theanine and Lemon Balm are meant to calm a person, also can have other effects. I'm wary of taking them on a regular basis. I would, however, be interested in taking a vitamin pill for water-soluble vitamins, which I likely couldn't take too much of.
