I appreciate the lower dose as I have heard lower doses are said to be more effective. Easy open top for convenience. I feel like it helped me fall asleep faster not sure if it kept me asleep but did not feel drowsy!

I feel the taste is like that due to mannitol, a sugar alcohol, & diuretic, being the 1st ingredient. Also in addition to that there's sucralose which is an artifical sweetener & the bottle advises no artifical flavors or preservatives, so it's not fully artifical ingredient free. The fact you only need 1 small pill is nice. Gluten and dairy free is good as well for my dietary needs. Soy free, vegan and non-gmo is great as well, but majority supplements are these days. Easy to open, store, and was nice to get a coupon for future purchase with it as well. Overall good product!

I don't love the taste, as it does have that bit of a fake sugar taste to it, but it dissolves fast like they said. It's easy to remember to take, and a bottle this size would last a long time!

You get a ton of tablets in the bottle! My only drawback is I use a higher dose, so I would have to take several tablets to get to that dose.
