This is an awesome pill! After being on it for 3months I had lost 6 pounds. It helped reduce my hot flashes and also keeps me awake during the day! I love this Menolabs product. I wish all stores carried it rather than having to order it every time.

It didn't help with the hot flashes, which was my main concern. It has lots of vitamins, which is good, and the size of the pills is a little big but not horse pills, thankfully! And while they have a smell, I didn't notice a taste.

I only recently returned home after extensive rehab after a horrific car accident. I can say that the packaging was amazing, the detail information was very clear. Targeted towards women with every detail on the packaging. Would like to eventually try it again!!
