it was great for the price but I will have to say the quality of the two-way microphone is not Great it has a lot of echo when trying to speak to someone through the mic.

it requires a monthly subscription the motion sensor doesnt record or even send notifications they are a pain the butt to get connected i open the app and have problems with loading live video i dont recommend they used to use geeni app that was so much beyter and free i dont want to pay 9.99 month to to be able to use camera ive already paid for

Only one of my cameras connected I've reset it multiple times still no connection it just make sound as if it was connecting not my first purchase I've purchased multiple break easy if dropped

This security camera set is terrible I mean it wasn't difficult to set up but the picture was not to bad better then I was expecting but could be way better in other times. Also the sound of the two way audio was unbelievably horrible not something I'd purchase ever again or recommend to anyone even in need of something quick

I can't even get it to pair to the app, it won't scan the QR code and when it did one single time it kept saying to make sure my WiFi is on and that the device is in pairing mode when I already had that all on.

Can't get cameras connected. The Merkury app is horrible. I Tried several times to get someone on the phone. I receive continuous text messages saying they are trying to reach me . Service is terrible. I'm returning as they do not work with the user friendly app, Genie.

My reading was not supposed to have any stars whatsoever every time I start it stars after I hit the continue so therefore that's not even fair cause it's not saying what I wanted to say what it wants to say false advertisement someone's gonna get sued

This item I ordered online had been opened some how and the app info was missing. The box was misplaced so I can't return it . Also like to note... there was no obvious signs the box was opened before, but the material used for linking and set up was not complete and possibly used already.

you get like 3 minutes of viewing at a time and then you have to press continue viewing unless you're willing to pay for the subscription. should have been written on the box.

These cameras only work if you pay for the app subscription. Also the app is not secure. I was out of town and I got a notification that my cameras went offline. An unauthorized person able to get into the app, gain access to control of the cameras and remove my access to them and delete the video history. I changed the password and the app subscription that I paid for was no longer applied to my account. I was forced to pay for the subscription again to use the cameras. Also I requested information from history of the date and time my access to the cameras was changed to file a police report and customer service said the app does not save notification history. I paid extra to have all activity saved to the cloud and none of the activity on the cameras or on the app was saved in the cloud. And now the cameras will not norm unless I pay for the subscription again. Walmart.com says the cameras are not eligible for return or refund. Absolute garbage.
