These are very good Roasted Red Peppers. We use them in all kinds of recipes calling for them. From dips and marinades to casseroles, stews, salads and even sandwiches. These have a strong roasted flavor and the natural sweetness of the red pepper. Roasted red peppers are very versatile and a must in many dishes. We love them and use them all the time. i love roasted peppers! i always have a jar or two. They are so versatile. i use peppers a lot in many of my dishes or just a pepper and mozzarella sandwich on crusty Italian bread! a staple in my house.

Really enjoy these peppers and always repurchase. They impart a clean, sweet pepper goodness to salads and cooked dishes. While pieces are assorted sizes, each is delicious, easy to chew. Nothing tough or stringy. Really perks up frozen vegetables. If you like sweet peppers, these are great to have on hand.

Mezzeta's roasted red peppers are outstanding. The flavor is the best of all the peppers I've tried. There's a roasted red pepper and fennel arriabatta ( a type of spaghetti sauce) I make and this has the best flavor for it. One problem, EVERY time I have ordered this, multiple jars are broken, leaking. They always refund the amount for the number of jars that are broken, but it's a dangerous (broken glass) mess I have to clean up everytime. What the heck are they doing in the warehouse?

great on sandwiches I use thes rather that tomatoes - works better as bread doesn't get soggy if I make them the night before.

we like to run them through the food processor and add them to our spaghetti and pizza sauces for the extra layer of flavor.

This is my favorite brand of roasted red peppers. They have the perfect amount of char and are not soggy. I highly recommend!

Delicious! Great to add to slow-cooker meals and to salads. I especially love them chopped up and added to omelets. Flavorful. I keep several jars in my pantry and am constantly finding new ways to use them.
