MF Studio Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker 941 sq.in. Extra Large BBQ Grill Black

Before purchasing the PHI VILLA 28 Offset Smoker. I purchased two other smokers. They were cheaply built. One at Walmart and the other at Home Depot. I returned both for poor quality and steel was paper thin. Plus, it would cost me a fortune just buying fuel. After more research, I found the PHI VILLA at Walmart. A review was done on YouTube. It convinced me, so I bought it. It was a complete surprise. Built to last, heavy steel. Included in the smoke stack was a gasket. Less fuel to use to smoke food. The doors were very heavy. Steel wheels, too. This company knows how to build smokers. I finally found a real smoker, and it's very affordable. There's an upgrade I wish I could've bought. I am a very happy guy. Thank you.

great grill assembly was not too bad some of the stuff at the end that make no sense but I figured it out no big deal couple little dents but that makes the grill I'm happy with that great quality and it should last me a long time I haven't cooked on it yet but I'm going to

I was very excited about my new grill. Once I started putting it together, I was missing 2 parts so I had to stop. Since was a Saturday evening I must have wait until Monday to get in contact with the company to have them to send the missing parts. It looks like I will truly enjoy this grill. Everything lined up perfectly for all the parts.

The BBQ arrived in a box that was in terrible condition. When I opened it, I found that many of the parts were bent, scratched, and had noticeable dents. It’s clear that little care was taken in packaging or handling this item. I don’t recommend this product at all.

No assembly instructions. Walmart's customer service service said it was because I didnt purchase pro assembly. Sir, why would i pay 99 dollars for an instruction manual?! Thats clearly for someone to assemble the product . I just wanted the manual it stated was included on Walmart's website. Thanks to Captiva, the actual manufacturer of grill, after about 30 minutes of searching I was able to locate the manual.. the seller was also not helpful.. the number goes to a random lady's voicemail that says her manager will call you back

This is our 2nd attempt at ordering this item and both times, it came damaged. Unfortunately, it's a heavy box and I think the damage is occurring during shipping. My husband is so disappointed as we have not found this item in the store.

Damaged

Item was delivered severely dented/damaged making the useless as it can’t be used. The lid can’t close due to the damage. I contacted both the seller and Walmart and neither have provided a resolution to this issue. I’ve had two representatives, one being a manager, from Walmart assure me that a replacement will be sent just for them to email saying all they can do is provide a refund. All I want is a replacement to be mailed to me so we can have the operable item I ordered. Currently, this product and customer service from the seller and Walmart are trash. Will update if product is replaced.

Item was damaged. The box had a hole in it and the grill had a dent in it.

The entire grill is too small, the racks are hard to work around, the smoking section does not close all the way. There is not a way to get the debris out. Overall not impressed with the product. Does not cook even, gets too hot. Poor purchase will be looking for a different one to replace.
