I have tried several otc diuretics but none worked this good. I am ordering more.thank you for offering this wonderful product.
I don't know why every time I order this diuretic pill, they want some some kind of rating. This is my second bottle! So far it works just fine!
Take them every once in a while for water weight
This has to be the best short term weight loss product I have ever used. I had to weigh-in for a job and I had to lose A LOT of weight in three days. I took the recommended dose the first day and that night i weighed myself. I woke up in the morning and weighed myself again and I LOST 5 POUNDS. I was like WOW. I weighed my self again in the afternoon and i lost ANOTHER 5 pounds. Great Product. I will continue to use the product.
I used this product 5 days before Memorial Day weekend in the hamptons. I went to Neptunes, and if anyone knows anything about neptunes you have to be cut, or a dinosour (big juice head) i dropped water underneath the skin which made me so vascular and cut. My six pack was ridiculous!! I am going to Miami in 2 weeks so i will use it for its intentional use which is 10 days.
I purchased this product to help attack those little pudgy areas that regular diet and exercise were just not effective on. The product worked excellent. By the 4th day I noticed a significant change. Suggestions:Do not eat a bunch of high sodium foods as you are just defeating the purpose. Salt helps to retain water. Do not expect this pill or any pill to work miracles for weight loss. Yes you need to diet and exercise for weight loss. Point blank Nothing susbstitute those two things, but this definitely gave me the extra push. The product might not blatantly say caffeine, but it does have green tea and another ingredient which provides energy. So please be careful if you are taking this in additional to another caffeine/energy source. Good luck staying or getting fit.
I bought this product for prep for a spring break cruise and was not disappointed. I took the product for 2 weeks as directed and drank 6 liters of water daily, while eating enough calories to maintain my muscle(2500 calories) and doing 15 minutes of low intensity cardio per day. After one week alone I dropped 5.2lbs of weight while lowering my body fat 1%. After the second week I dropped down another 1.5lbs and was looking very defined my abs were showing very well in all lighting I had veins popping all over that I had never seen before and I felt great. My final body fat percentage according to my scale at the end of the 2 week use was 14.5 considerably lower than the 16.9 I started at. Despite the gnc employee pushing a much more expensive brand on me Im very happy I chose Xpel.
I just wanted to say that I have heard stories about gain pounds with water pills. Holly at GNC was extremely informative about this product. This is my third day using it and I am amazed how fast it works. I notice a huge diffference in my work out regime, and energy level and how my muscles are developing more. I follow the directions. Plus, you have to drink tons of water or it will not work. You do go a lot, and it also makes you extremely thursty.
I've used MHP Xpel the last week of my contest prep to help shed the last couple of pounds which was all water. You have to drink a great amount of water for all of this to work properly. I shed about 5 pounds in water and I never looked more ripped in my life. This is awesome for anyone who needs to budge out those last few pounds especially for big events such as weddings, photo shoots, contest shows...etc.
I followed the usage instructions to the letter and this product simply did not work at all. I gave myself plenty of time to let it work, but went five days with zero results. My weight actually went up at one point, and I did not change my normal routine during the time I was taking it. I ended up having to cut weight in the sauna at the last minute.
