First of all, this is a solid buy for the price because GOOD gelatin is not cheap. This isn't a tasty product on its own, but I didn't expect it to be. I will be using it in flavored beverages, dishes %26 some dessert items. The first thing to know about gelatin is that it will not just magically dissolve in most things. If you just dump it into hot liquids, it WILL clump up. It's best to dissolve it in a bit of cold liquid (water or juice) first to let it "bloom"; stir it and let it dissolve to a point where you can add it to whatever else you're doing. If I want, I can fill some capsules to take this on the go. Pros: It is a generous amount for the price (one of the most affordable I've seen recently) Bag is resealable %26 the seal works well. Comes with a scoop. Is marked with a Lot%23 and exp date 2 years out The taste is not a negative because, frankly, they all taste this way unless you add sweetener or flavoring! I like that this is GMO-free.

The product mix is easy with room temperature water. You can add flavoring so that it taste well. It provides me with what I want it to do. Make a protein drink with fruit juice I just have not used it for gelatin items yet.
