Great gadgets!
These controllers are just amazing! I love the color, the softness of the buttons and how easy it is to use them on my laptop and PC, either using them wirelessly or plugging them with the help of a USB type-C cable. I've been using them a lot, and I haven't had any problem. They're just exactly what I needed.

Best color ever... only thing i hate about the new controllers is the directional pad clicking noise.... Overall i love it the feel to it the grip the color its still a nice controller

feels and responds great. the color is slightly different than i'd imagined- not really "monster energy neon green", but more "construction worker vest neon green" if that makes sense lol. either way, it's very pretty and i'm happy i got one!

Excellent and works with gaming headset
Excellent controller, no problems with any thing. It was new and has a very vibrant color. My son loves it, and he can connect his headset to it. We've been using it now for a few months and everything still works perfectly.

It’s a good controller, but I found the buttons a little loose and really easy to press down. I’m not gonna return it or anything, but just a warning.

Good service on a meh product
The quality out of the box was great. And the price was even better . Idk if it was a sale or what but you can’t beat a new first party controller for 40 bucks . And the delivery of it was fast and easy on Walmarts end. I might add though. This is my fourth series x/s controller and the other three have all broken due to the left joystick malfunctioning . I take care of my things so this (to me) isn’t a coincidence. I strongly think Xbox should be aware of the problem I shouldn’t need to dish out 220 dollars in two years all due to the same issue and customer service not help me. This time I splurged for the extended warranty

“Brand new” I think not.
The box is absolutely destroyed but what’s worse is so is the controller!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present unfortunately it won’t make it for Christmas.

Used and dirty controller
I purchased this controller from my local Walmart for my son as a Christmas gift. he opened it and it is filthy dirty. The toggles are dirty and it has crumbs in the crevices of it.
