Controller is super cool, I got it for my boyfriend as a gift and he really loved it and he really liked the textured grip on the back it was unique and more comfortable than others overall 10/10
I bought this controller as a christmas gift for my boyfriend and I opened up to this. Pls tell me what I’m supposed to put the controller in now cause the box is completely ruined. Just hoping the controller starts and works even tho I bought a protection plan in case of this reason. Honestly was very excited, my reaction was disappointed.
First controller that came looked like it was thrown the entire way across the country from Arizona to Illinois, box was packed in a shipping envelope, with signs of being stepped on and crushed by packages, and was missing all the in box items. After filing a damaged product claim and being supplied with fedex return shipping label immediately after receiving the product claim, there was a new replacement on its way. The replacement that arrived today was in good condition and am finally happy with my product. Shipping was kinda of ridiculous, the first controller took a week to ship and was 2 days late because it was “missed” at the airport hub and took an unexpected trip to florida. The second controller took about an additional week to arrive from California. In the end I did get the controller that I was seeking, but holy cow what a logistical nightmare. I have lowered expectations after this incident when it comes to online order fulfillment, but still have some hope that their methods are improved from failures such as this. I give them a -2 stars for the first delivered product, and 5 stars for the replacement product and claim processing.
I love the color and that it is wireless. Who doesn't like a wireless controller? What I do not like, is that Microsoft provides only a 90 DAY limited warranty for their controllers, in a world where stick drift seems to be inevitable and bound too happen. Most other companies of many other products in today's world generally provide a 1 YEAR limited warranty on their products. I feel like these controllers almost require it or an extended warranty. It is ridiculous that I have gone through 6 Xbox wireless controllers in the span of 2 yrs. 2 of those 6 controllers were custom, one of them being a custom Microsoft Labs Xbox controller that was originally shipped out with a faulty joystick and had to be shipped back out right away. I am still concerned about the quality of their controllers. I wouldn't be as concerned if my stick drift didn't always happen between 90 days to about a year, not being covered under warranty every single time stick drift came into play. This controller was bought to replace a Red daystrike camo controller I bought through an extended warranty. THANK GOD! The Red camo controller had literally started acted up around 3-4 month mark of ownership, I know it did not last even 6 months before it had to be replaced with a completely different color, because my original choice of colors was not an option at time of replacement. This one has had stick drift come into play already. I'm hoping it was just a quick software glitch, as a friend had informed me it is not always stick drift and sometimes a software issue. In these cases, I was informed that a hard reboot/reset may help
SCAMMED. Don't buy from this Marketplace seller. The box arrived resealed with a sticker, stating it was "returned" but "new". The controller was blue, and not the stormscloud vapor. Return process was extremely difficult.
Delivery damaged, perhaps, but there's massive stick drift, so much so you can't recalibrate to offset, making it unusable
The controller cost the same as a new one and came in the mail heavily used. The bumpers had paint worn off of them and it was covered in dust
NEVER EVEN GOT MY PACKAGE
The package came destroyed
Bought 3 months ago and it’s not working already. These controllers are not made to last. Bought this for an adult not the kids and it’s not even used heavy and it’s done already. The joysticks don’t work right so I can’t even play games until I get a new one.
