This is a great bench! I did a bunch of searching online to find the right bench on a reasonable budget. I looked at various other benches on various websites, and I was between this bench (which only had 5 reviews at the time of purchase) and a bench on Amazon which cost $40 more. I love how the bench allows for decline so I can do ab workouts and also easily switches to incline and flat. When you are done using it, you can easily roll it out of the way and prop it up against a wall, so great for gyms with limited space.

This Mikolo bench is exactly what I expected. I really like the pop pin adjustment system. Once I put it at the setting I want, I don't have to worry about it slipping or moving when I move the bench. It has been very sturdy during my pressing workouts. I'm very happy with the bench and the price could not be beat.

Really impressed with this Mikolo adjustable bench. It feels very sturdy, was easy to assemble, and is a great entry-level bench for a garage gym setup. The adjustments are smooth, it feels stable while lifting, and overall the quality is better than expected for the price. Though I have only used this product once, it seems very high quality. With a few decades of using gym equipment, this bench seems to be every bit the quality you'd expect to find in your average overpriced gym. If this item holds up, I'd have no reservations buying more products from this company.

This bench is a great value. It is very sturdy and the materials appear to be high quality. Assembly was pretty easy (instructions don't show where to put the included washers, but enough for 2/bolt are included).

Great value bench. Love that it declines and has the leg rollers. Very sturdy. The only thing I don't love is the cheapish pad cover material, but for the price point it's great

Recently purchased, powder coat chipped on pieces and a few deep scratches. One scratch was pretty sharp almost cut myself not realizing it. CUSTOMER SERVICE does get back to you quickly. I'm still contemplating if I will keep the bench or return it. Its pretty light and was easy to assemble.
