This Mikolo bench is exactly what I expected. I really like the pop pin adjustment system. Once I put it at the setting I want, I don't have to worry about it slipping or moving when I move the bench. It has been very sturdy during my pressing workouts. I'm very happy with the bench and the price could not be beat.

The build quality feels sturdy, and it doesn't wobble even with heavier weights. The padding is thick and comfortable, which makes long workouts much more enjoyable. I also love how adjustable it is – incline, flat, and decline positions are easy to switch between, making it super versatile for all types of chest, shoulder, and arm exercises. Though I have only used this product once, it seems very high quality. With a few decades of using gym equipment, this bench seems to be every bit the quality you'd expect to find in your average overpriced gym. If this item holds up, I'd have no reservations buying more products from this company.

This bench is a great value. It is very sturdy and the materials appear to be high quality. Assembly was pretty easy (instructions don't show where to put the included washers, but enough for 2/bolt are included).

Great value bench. Love that it declines and has the leg rollers. Very sturdy. The only thing I don't love is the cheapish pad cover material, but for the price point it's great

Bench wasn't too bad to assemble. It is very sturdy and I love the angles for sit ups. Great deal I got mine on a great summer sale.

Recently purchased, powder coat chipped on pieces and a few deep scratches. One scratch was pretty sharp almost cut myself not realizing it. CUSTOMER SERVICE does get back to you quickly. I'm still contemplating if I will keep the bench or return it. Its pretty light and was easy to assemble.

The bench is okay. My biggest gripe with this bench is how light it is. If you are doing any sort of wire/machine based or resistance band workouts using the bench it will slide even if you are sitting on it. The pull knobs to adjust the bench are difficult to use and you really have to make sure the seat is either completely flat or slightly lifted to be able to adjust it.
