Mikolo has delivered great bang for the buck w/ this pulley tower. I've used it for a few workouts now. It took me a little bit of time to figure out what exercises I could do on it, what pulley trolley positions and the best attachments for each. The most I've had on it so far is 140%23 for seated rows. I've performed those, triceps pushdowns %26 extensions, face pulls, front %26 lateral raises, and of course bicep %26 hammer curls. The only included attachment I've used is the straight bar for the seated rows, otherwise I have invested in better attachments for everything else. Assembly was easy and straight forward, but I have a good socket set, wrenches, and an impact driver to make it easy. Dual guide rods allow the weight trolley to smoothly ride up and down. While the pulleys %26 bushings are plastic, I'm not sure upgrading them to aluminum would make a noticeable difference. I wished Mikolo included larger washers for the lag screws.
