Very impressedwith the quality of the materials, attention to detail, and packaging was some of the best I have ever encountered, this company should be rhetorical Hallmark for all other companies to follow regarding quality and packaging, and affordable price point.

If you're middle aged like me %26 want to gain some of that youthful muscle back, this machine is for you. I've owned it for awhile now %26 it works everything on your back, chest, arms, etc. Not as functional as a gym membership, but for the price you can't beat it, especially if you want something to use at home. Anchor well though! Assembly is a breeze.

Love this machine. I haven't tried all of the different exercises it can do yet but I use it every day for triceps pull downs which is why I bought it. As long as you anchor both top and bottom with the provided hardware you will be good to go.

This wall mount machine is great, has delivered on everything I expected and more. It was easy to assemble, I did by myself. If you're looking for a budget friendly machine that delivers in workout performance and quality, this is it. Only negative comment I can make is I wish the pulleys were made out of aluminum or some sort of cast alloy. But!, the ones it comes with have done the job perfectly so far.

I needed something in my home gym to cover two muscle groups for which I had no coverage. This covered those and many more. I honestly was a little leery of this and didn't expect great quality. I was VERY wrong. It is especially well built for it's price. The movement is very smooth and it is easy to set the height. It uses my 2" weight plates via included adapters, but will work with 1" plates without the adapters. Grip attachments are included, but I had to buy separate ankle cuffs for leg exercises. I also bought additional snap rings at the home store so each attachment could have it's own. No biggie. Assembly was pretty well documented, but I missed an important note about the pulleys and that cost me a little time. You'll need minor handyman skills to attach it to the wall (can't be used freestanding). Comes with lag bolts and masonry anchors, but if you are installing against a hollow wall (drywall or paneling), you need to either center it on a stud, or fashion a sturdy wood or steel plate to span the studs and attach to that. TIP: All the pulleys come with the nuts loose. This is ON PURPOSE, not an oversight. You will need to remove those bolts completely to run the cables, so don't tighten them until after the cables are in place. Otherwise, you'll just be unscrewing them and doing it all over again.

Received this cable machine yesterday and assembled and mounted to my garage wall. I raised the machine up about 10 inches using a platform I made beforehand with 2 x 10's since I am 6'1" and wanted more overhead room. The machine is high quality and well engineered and thought out. Performs very good from seated rowing to lat pull down and between. The top mount is horizontal not vertical as shown in the pictures. The number of positions are 19 rather than 18. All parts were there and instructions were good so went together easily. I love it and am giving 5 stars.

Mikolo has delivered great bang for the buck w/ this pulley tower. I've used it for a few workouts now. It took me a little bit of time to figure out what exercises I could do on it, what pulley trolley positions and the best attachments for each. The most I've had on it so far is 140%23 for seated rows. I've performed those, triceps pushdowns %26 extensions, face pulls, front %26 lateral raises, and of course bicep %26 hammer curls. The only included attachment I've used is the straight bar for the seated rows, otherwise I have invested in better attachments for everything else. Assembly was easy and straight forward, but I have a good socket set, wrenches, and an impact driver to make it easy. Dual guide rods allow the weight trolley to smoothly ride up and down. While the pulleys %26 bushings are plastic, I'm not sure upgrading them to aluminum would make a noticeable difference. I wished Mikolo included larger washers for the lag screws.

It was an amazing buy . I am older and the fact that it's like an all in one is great! I have fibromyalgia and I can't tell others enough how this has help my regular workout more effective

The screw used to adjust/lock front slider.......i would've liked if it was attached with a spring or bearing to pull out and stay on slide.......instead of totally coming out.........nice too if pulleys were mafe maybe of some kind of steel on bearings.

Overall this is a good machine but it is an absolute MUST that you upgrade the nylon pulley wheels to aluminum. Feels like a completely different machine! I would rate the out of box experience 3 stars but after the upgrade it's comparable to a commercial machine. It is well worth to put about another $120 towards this machine to switch out the pulley wheels. If that's not in your budget, I wouldn't even bother purchasing.
