Very Good Value
This is exactly what it says it is, its very good value for money. i had to get a friend to put it together, %26 that took him about 4-5 hrs in total, everything works great , its really sturdy %26 well built. i have it set up in my garage at home

Mikolo MK11 = AWESOME
absolutely love this gym, amazing up grqde for the price. All the attachments you get and weights and bench (the only lacking piece) it is very cheap bench the only thing that I would upgrade. Easy to assembly just a little time consuming when done by yourself but very doable if your handy. I've had great workouts, can't wait to really get back at it and with setup you can do almost anything you do at the gym at home!!

Nothing is labeled but easy to identify parts to the direction. Nice setup once you put it together. Leave everything finger tight until you get cables put in. Then you can tighten everything.
