Awesome smith machine. The height was 1 inch higher than my garage door when I open it. So I cut a few pieces from the pull up bar and installed it/placed it on the 2nd upper bar, and still can use it. See pictures of how I used a grinder to cut out 3 small pieces. Other than the height issue for me, the small footprint is perfect for small garage area I have to work with.

The reviews left me worried as I didn't read them before buying this. I was stressing maybe this wasn't from Mikolo given the damages and customer service concerns. The customer email given doesn't seem to be Mikolo directly. I reached out to Mikolo directly before my packages arrived and they never responded back to verify the seller. Anyway, I guess I got lucky? All of the packages arrived at the same time. There was zero damage. No parts missing. This thing is legit. It was a challenge putting this together though. I have no idea how I am ever going to move it out of the place but that's another story. There is one step in assembly that is an absolute pain. You have to put a washer, bumper, washer, bumper, spring, washer, bumper in line with the pole for the smith machine while the smith machine bar (35lbs) is inserted in as well. There is an easier way to do it after tinkering a bit, but the instructions did not lay that out. Just stack the pieces in sequence, then stack them up, slide them on, put the pole in the hole and you're golden. Except you have to do this twice. There were a lot of boxes. It's very heavy. It's well built. A little wobbly when you have weight on the smith machine but it's stable. No regrets purchasing this. Oh. It gets concerning early in when your shipping label says it is coming from China and will be delivered in weeks. Makes it seem like it's in a shipping container crossing an ocean. It shipped from a nearby warehouse. I received mine within 10-days.

My best purchase for 2025, For 749.00 this cable/smith machine is a great value, the item arrived in 4 boxes and no damage, I had a professional gym installer install it, he finished it in less than 3 hours. The quality of this machine is just as good as your commercial options that costs over 5,000.00 dollars. I was split between the Ritfit and Mikolo, the Ritfit was over 1,000 so I decided on the Mikolo and that was the right choice.

Machine comes disassembled and in 4 boxes that arrived on separate days, box 3 of 4 has the bolts and nuts. Box 1 has the picture instructions manual. You may need a magnifying glass, very small and some instruction numbers are mislabeled but very easy to put together. Very happy with this machine.

Some parts do come from different warehouses which is why I see some reviews of incomplete orders. You can message the seller to give you the tracking for each piece if you are worried about this. Once everything arrived, which was still earlier than the delivery date, everything in the boxes was complete. It takes about 6 hours to do alone, so get help if you can. The parts are steel and heavy, the pulleys are aluminum which is a plus, and everything is of really good quality. The pulleys felt a little heavy, no problem for a bigger guy but maybe for a younger one or female it can be too heavy, the solution is to add some 3 in 1 oil to the chrome piece and now it’s perfect for anyone to use. Solid machine especially for the price, I would imagine you need to spend 3000$ to find something better than this.

The shipment is super easy, and after they communicate with you everything arrives in the following days as they explained, it is very easy to assemble and of excellent quality, I love that it has too many functions and you can do many different exercise routines! I'm so happy with this smith machine/power rack purchase. We have a weight room at our condo but my home was lacking. After spending $1000's in health club fees over the years especially after 2020, I decided to always be able to exercise with nice equipment and this was part of my plan. Was missing a crucial part during the building but with such great customer service support who got me the part extremely fast. Highly recommended purchase. It took me a few hours to install but with a 5 workouts down, I'm still positive it was a good purchase

Amazing rack! cables are smooth but theyre 1:1 so if you are significantly weak then it wont be very smooth without using lubricants for the tubes, id say with about 10lbs it is smoother but the heavier is is the smoother. Although i do wish it had 4 plate holders instead of 3 each side. And spotter arms are hard to use if benching when needed to be put on the j hooks have to be removed for it to be fully in the holes.

Overall, we really like unit. That said, this unit is being sold with a known defect. The foot press does not fit properly due to an over abundance of metal that interferes with the placement on the bar (J Hooks). In dealing with customer service, I requested a new foot press, but was told it is an issue with J Hooks as this is a known issue with the J Hooks. The J Hooks are at the very beginning of the gym build. So, in order to fix a KNOWN problem, we will have to dismantle almost the whole gym. I will never purchase from the manufacturer again because they are knowingly selling a gym with a defect.

I purchased the mikolo m7 from Walmart. After multiple delays, I finally received all boxes. Unfortunately I was only able to get to step 6 of building the smith machine before noticing I was missing parts. Reached out to Walmart only to find out this was shipped from mikolos factory and I would have to contact them regarding the missing part. So that's what I did. Upon sending multiple inquires over the last 72hrs. I have yet to receive a response other than an automated response saying your ticket has been received. I have also called there call center and they keep saying someone will be in contact with you today. Still nothing. This is frustrating due to spending money on a product that I was excited about only to be let down due to mikolos customer service. Think twice before purchasing.
