Saves money and time.
Last a lot longer than expected. Started feeling better within a week. Urine will be a little darker b after about three days but will go back to regular.

I'm Thinking This Is A Good Product
This arrived promptly, and in good condition. I believe it is a good product, and will be using it soon. I've been taking Milk Thistle products for years, but found this one, so I ordered it.

Help your liver health
I've been taking milk thistle for many years now. I tell all my friends about it. If your liver numbers are off due to fatty liver, or if you drink alcohol, or have to take alot of medications……… it's a good tool to have in your medicine cabinet regimen, to help the liver repair itself. I love it!

Taking it by recommendation from my neurologist to help with migraines. So far it does help. A side effect is gas so beware.
