Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator Advanced Penetrating Sealer for Countertops, Stone, Tile & Grout, Pint

At first I was skeptical of using this product on my pool tile. But after reading the reviews, I went ahead and applied it on the tile. It was a piece of Cake! Like polishing your nails! I used a 2 in. polyester brush. The hard part was the prep work I had to do before I applied the searler. The pool was constructed in 1970, so I had work to do removing the calcium, etc. Its a 30,000 gal pool and will take me awaile before I finish. I just completed half already. The 1st pic shows the left side before and the right side after. Same with 2nd pic. Hope they help.

Great product. Easy to apply. Great finish. Expensive but a little goes along way.

Easy application and fast drying.

Went on easy. was dry in 72hrs as the directions said. Too soon to knkw about seal longevity.

it's a small container. go by the ounces not the picture. I expected a big Jug. silly me. but this goes a long way. i sealed one shower grout. will do 2 more showers and floor tile. it should be enough to cover everything. again. a little goes a long way. it does repel water, from what I've noticed. i will seal the grout once a year from now on.

Not strong smell, seals great one coat with even application. Used paint brush and white rag. Left it on for around 7 min before removing going small section at a time. Well ventilation and gloves. Good for shower area beads h2o up. No more grout changing color from h2o absorbing.

I decided to try a new sealer for my granite counters, ordering this one. The spout is messy and i felt like it needed a lot of product to complete the task, but it seems to have worked similar to a different one I purchased. I just did the first application, so I do not know how well it will hold up. Seems pricy for how much I needed to use. The smell was a bit potent, i'd recommend good ventilation. Item arrived quickly from Walmart. I originally ordered from Amazon and it kept getting delayed over and over.

Product was great! Seller was totally dishonest. Website advertised product at $31 for SIX bottles, They sent one, and said there was an error in pricing on their website. They offered to send me a shipping label and asked that I box up product, take it to the post office and send it back. I of course refused that offer and asked they they send the other 5 bottles as advertised (and what I paid for) they refused and offered that they just refund my $31 and I keep the bottle. After some more back-and-forth I finally just said "Fine, refund my $$". 3 days later and there was still no refund to my credit card so I had to follow up with seller and credit finally showed up.
