I followed directions and nothing happened. Not a single pound dropped off. It seems to be a waste. I am going to finish the bottle and hope but so far nothing. Over half bottle gone.

The item does not work. I have used my first 2 bottles and did not lose one pound. Maybe some good vitamins are in it but it does not live up to the advertisement of losing weight.
