Makes Yummy Broth for Soups
A little goes a long way. I add 2 teaspoons to Chicken/Vegetable broth, ramen or dumplings %26 veggies. You can also just add to water, but I haven't tried that yet. So yummy %26 tastes great. Just like in the restaurants. Love it.

it's a concentrate, it is going to be salty I recommend adding less than the the serving to suit your taste. I used to have to go to the international asian market just for this ramen concentrate.

Love this broth concentrate! I actually use it to make a sweet soy glaze and pan sauce for chicken or salmon over sticky rice. So good! I'm on my 3rd repurchase!

This is great for making a quick DIY ramen or both for boiling wontons. High sodium content so be aware.

Wanted to like this but
It tastes exactly like soy sauce. I don't know what to tell you. I really wanted to work out because it's been a struggle looking for broth.
