This was the first time I had done a pouring project and it is mess but so much fun! I can't wait to do more in the future. It was easy to do once I read over the directions and watched some videos but the plaque was easy to use because of the indentions. I highly recommend this if you like fun new projects.
I love these frames. they work well for making trays or resin ocean scenes or ponds, they just work for so many things with resin. the photo i added was done on a round frame. i haven't got any photos using the rectangular frame. this photo does depict what i will be using the tray for.
The square board has sides so you can pour resin and paint and not worry about spill overs. The board surface is smooth, no sanding needed. The set comes with the resin and hardner which is a one-two step. You can create a ton of projects with this square board.
The “Mod Podge Resin Pouring Rectangle Tray 11' X 14” has been a nice little work station for me. I do lots of arts and crafts and a bunch of DIY things so having this rectangle tray has been pretty awesome. This rectangle tray measures in at 11 inches x 14 inches x 0.37 inches so it's actually a really nice size. Once you pour the two-part clear resin inside the tray and once it hardens, it creates a nice hard flat surface for you to work on. I have used this tray for holding little pieces that go with my crafts, used it like a placemat when I'm using clay or paint to make sure it doesn't stain the table anymore. You could even use this tray without the resin in it because it sinks down a little bit so that creates a nice border to keep things in place. I did use it for a while before it was filled with resin and I really liked that. It kept my beads from rolling around and getting lost. I think it really just depends on what you want to use this tray for because there are a variety of ways you're able to use it which is awesome.
The bottom section is super thin making it very light weight. The edges make the resin perfect depth to make it sturdy. I only wish it had came with handles to add into it. But I think I'll get some from Home Depot and add an additional clear layer to protect the wood from stains.
This resin pouring wood tray is perfect for all kinds of resin craft projects. This is light and easy to manage. It is well constructed and all areas of the wood are smoothly finished. This is the perfect size for a decorative rectangular resin tray for a dresser or desk. This 11 x 14 tray gives you plenty of space to use artistic flair.
A quick little craft tray. A bit light but should still hold up to carry a couple of hot bowls to the table. Not enough edge really to hold glasses but as long as your not clumsy it will work to carry hot food to the table or a couple of drinks to the living room. Once i painted it and added the resin it looks pretty good.
This Resin Pouring Tray would make a super easy and cool way to frame your poured resin design. I however am using it as a work tray. I use this tray to protect my work surface from any accidental spills while pouring my resin key chains etc. I love that is has the lip/frame so if I do have an accident noting spills over and my work area doesn't get damaged. It's the perfect size at 14'' x 11'' and works really well for this.
This tray came with the resin mixture also. I really liked it however if there is one i@ue the part of the tray that you put you items in is really pshallow. The stones that i originally wanted to use were too thick and would have stuck out of the resin, so i need to fond something flatter to use.
This is a basic wooden tray for resin creations. There was no instructions on how to use this so will have to watch youtube videos. Its seems like you should use a silicone mold for resin not wood but will try it out.
