Momoya Kim chee base is very tasty…. it's not too hot b and spicy, it's just right!!! I like to make cucumber kim chee with it because the Momoya seasons the cucumber perfect everytime! I also like using it with head cabbage and won bok cabbage.

I make these kimchi cucumbers and this is the only sauce I will use. It has so much flavor with only a few added ingredients to enhance the cucumbers . The longer you soak your cucumbers the tastier it get. So worth the wait!!

Great premade mix
This is my go-to for premade kimchee base. It works well, taste as well as store-bought types. I like the convenience of this and the fact that this is shelf stable.
