Very worth the money and your time to try it. It h
My husband has been taking this for 3 days it has improved is energy it has strengthed is legs it has helped is authoritis it has made him much happier and has helped him sleep. So far great. That's all we can say about it at this time. My husband is 67 this is really good improvement. I do recommend giving it a try with remembering everyone is effected differently.
