Genuine Ford Motor Oil
It's a genuine Ford product which is very convenient to get from the store. There is not usually that many available on the shelves so availability can be hit or miss.

Ford F-250
If you have a diesel motor this is the recommended oil by Ford Motor Company. I have 282,000 miles on original motor always used this oil, never had a major internal engine issue.
