These pellets worked good. Good smoke flavor. Didn't consume hardly any pellets in a ten hr. cook.
As the pioneers moved West....Mesquite was the wood of choice over their campfires! For True Authentic Southwest Flavor...can't beat these!!!
We've smoked several pieces of meat with these pellets and they turned out great! Will definitely buy these again.
This smoker is bye far the Best smoker I've ever had, easy to assemble, easy to use, I would recommend this smoker to any one looking for a great smoker. The Ribs I made turned out to be by far the best Rib I have ever had. I'm looking forward to do Prim rib, turkey, Chickenm and brisket.
Camp Chef Charwood Cherry pellets are a unique blend between the wood and charcoal, there is a distinct charcoal taste along with the cherry. A good alternative to just the regular wood pellets. We started with the "other" brand but have found Camp Chef pellets to be of a good quality and value.
Great my friend has really enjoyed BBQ ing again Great Prepared Foods
Great choice in flavor. Can't wait to try many others!
What I love about the competition blend is that it works with everything. I use it with confidence on chicken, pork, venison, elk, salmon, and beef.
Pellets burn very well. Gives the meet good smoke flavor with low ash. A consistent and even burn. I have used other pellets that produces ash which makes its way up past the grease tray and up to the grill itself. With these pellets the ash stays where it is suppose too, under the grease tray. Would recommend to any one just converting over to pellet grills. Will give you a better outlook on what you are getting into.
So far, these are my favorite pellets. I have started using them for everything even though I have 5-6 other types of pellets. I have defaulted to these because they impart the most smoke flavor and fantastic color on what I've been cooking. Important to note, i have not yet done any large, low & slow cuts of meat, but for tri-tip, steaks, and pork tenderloin, this has been a huge winner for me.
