Great design and easy to use
This pastry blender is just right for blending butter and flour. I love the thumb holder for easy mixing. I specifically bought this item for this added feature and it was great to mix together pastries .

Excellent Form %26 Function!
This works great! Wired pastry blenders can be tough to find, but they are WAY better than the bladed styles. These make cutting shortening/butter into tiny pieces much easier. The included thumb guard is a nice touch as well.

Poor packaging
Should be shipped in a box, came in a plastic envelope with several of the wires bent. I tried to straighten them, and used the blender this weekend. Because of the bends and gaps its not very efficient.
