It's perfect. The most perfect espresso machine. It meets and exceeds my expectations. It got here so fast! It was cheap too!

This coffee maker has quickly become one of my favorite appliances at home. It heats up fast, brews consistently, and the taste is noticeably smoother compared to my old machine. The interface is simple and intuitive, so even on busy mornings I can get a perfect cup within minutes.

The expresso coffee drinker in our household says this makes a very good cup of expresso. I appreciate that water tank is removable and washable. It takes a bit of practice to learn how to put the portafilter back into the machine, but once you get it, it's easy to do. Overall, the expresso maker is very easy to use. We make expresso using Bustelo Expresso ground coffee and other brands of similar coffees.

YES – 5/5! Absolutely love this little espresso machine! It's easy to use, and the touch screen is a great feature. I especially appreciate that you can press the double espresso button and it automatically stops when complete. The water reservoir is perfectly sized for about two mornings of espresso, and the crema it produces is delicious. For this price range, Mainstays has done an excellent job. We previously owned a much more expensive espresso machine, and we are SO happy with this one!

This is my second espresso machine from a walmart brand, my previous one has last 2 years for about 5 espresso a day, that is fair this new updated design is smaller and make a great coffee, the price is good, i recommand it.

This espresso machine is great for its price! It comes with all the necessary tools and makes making coffee at home on a budget possible. I like to use it to make shaken espressos and it gets the job done. I will say it may not be as sturdy as a more expensive machine, moves around a bit when you are putting and removing the portafilter. It also sits perfectly on my counter and doesn't take up much space. I will say you will want to invest in some espresso glasses or a shorter cup because there isn't much room to fit a taller cup. Overall love this and affordable on a college budget compared to other brands!

Skip to a better machine. Customer service hang up on me while asking a simple question about the “Clean” procedure because it was not clear on the instructions.

the drip tray keeps getting full automatically due to how the machine was made. it always drips when extracting. so you have always drain the water out of the tray. if forget you will have a flooding disaster. so I don't recommend because of that manufacturing method.

box had no damages or dents but the water storage container was cracked clear across the back. considering the box had no evidence of crushing tells me it was packaged broken.
