I've been using sweet salad cubes for years in my tuna and potato salads. It gives it a sweet crunch that is awesome and refreshing.

When I was a kid mom used to dice up sweet pickles and put them in tuna salad. Very tasty, was trying to duplicate without the effort. Not bad, but not mom's.

I typically use diced gherkins in macaroni salad but was hoping the salad cubes would be a shortcut. They aren't. If you like to use relish this will work for you but my husband didn't like them at all. This product pretty much ruined hours of work and a big bowl of mac salad. He said the skins on the bits of pickle were thick and hard. Also, the product contains red bell pepper which I did not expect and had to pick out.
