I have used this back brace after surgery for years. It helps you to prevent muscle pulls when doing housework %26 yard work. I finally bought my husband his own (as he had been using mine) for when he mows our acreage on his tractor. Your lumbar area will benefit from this brace. It's easy to put on and you can even wear it under clothing, if needed.
Fits great! Comfortable to wear all shift long. Really durable too. The last one I had (same as this one) lasted 7 years. Best one I know of by far.
This brace is easily adjusted to fit properly, and then the velcro straps hold it securely in places to provide excellent support and help relieve lower back pain.
I've used these belts a lot over the last 7 years, working at a grocery store. Would definitely recommend it to people who have back problems or just want a little more support.
Since partially paralyzed , use braces daily. This one is wide enough to provide good support.
